The Job Role as IT Product Owner:

In this role, you’ll dive into managing and enhancing our Dynamics 365 CRM Sales platform, ensuring its seamless integration into a broader ecosystem of marketing and sales applications. Your journey will cover the technical product lifecycle management as well as supervision of corresponding configuration, development and data-related tasks. This role is new, giving you the unique opportunity to influence how it’s set up.

Your adventure will take you to our modern tech-hub in Porto, where you’ll collaborate with team members in Warsaw and Copenhagen. You’ll work closely with our developers, and support colleagues, receiving support and advise from specialists across the broader tech team. You will be at the heart of our mission to empower our commercial function successfully on their growth journey.

Your natural curiosity about understanding business needs and translating them into tech solutions will be key to your success. You’ll build relationships with platform users to better understand their needs and grow your technical expertise in our Dynamics365 CRM suite. As you help us grow, you’ll also have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally with ISS.

What will you do:

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our technical initiatives, ensuring our Dynamics365 CRM system runs smoothly and meet business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and Translating Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Developing and Implementing Functionalities: Lead development of new functionalities, ensuring thorough testing and verification.
  • Providing Support: Ensure 1st to 3rd line support, secure smooth operation.
  • Maintaining and Improving Applications: Enhance existing applications to boost performance and user experience, either independently or with third-party vendors.
  • Managing Releases: Oversee the release and provisioning process.
  • Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with business and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring Quality: Maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
  • Documenting Functionalities: Create comprehensive documentation for all developed functionalities.
  • Mentoring Team Members: Collaborate with and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
  • Empower Digital Transformation: Deliver best practices and ensure standards.
