ISS Group is looking for an energetic and driven professional to take the Lead for one of our new International Accounts. This is a unique opportunity to lead a new multi-country account in Europe and play a key role in establishing and growing a long-term, value-driven partnership.

Main purpose of the position:

The International Account Lead is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and high‑quality regional delivery for a new international customer. The International Account Lead ensures that contract obligations are executed effectively, operational KPIs are achieved, and customer relationships are strengthened across all markets within the region.

Acting as the central connector between global strategy and country delivery, the role leads the regional account team, partners closely with the customer, and steers performance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and implementation of all contractual obligations across the region.
  • Ensure full delivery on operational KPIs and service performance targets.
  • Drive governance processes, ensuring compliance with both ISS and customer standards.
  • Monitor operational risk and implement mitigation measures to support stable, high‑quality service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for the customer’s leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based customer relationships across all markets.
  • Act as a proactive advisor, identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and customer value.
  • Consolidate monthly regional performance reports, analysing results and variances.
  • Lead follow‑up on KPIs, ensuring action plans are defined, tracked, and delivered.
  • Provide insight‑driven executive summaries and recommendations to global leadership.
  • Collaborate with country account leads to ensure consistency of service delivery across all sites.
  • Champion cross‑regional knowledge sharing, capability building, and best practice adoption.
  • Translate global account strategy into regional implementation plans.
  • Lead process optimization and improvement programs that drive measurable P&L enhancements.
  • Coordinate regional transformation, innovation, and value‑creation initiatives (e.g., digital tools, sustainability, business intelligence).
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders including operations, commercial, finance, and service lines.
  • Review regional financial performance and partner with country teams to optimize profitability.
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities for service development or expansion.
  • Contribute to renewal strategies, proposals, and new business opportunities within the account in new countries and regions.
