Our client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Rigid C Licence Driver to join our team based in Kildare, with driving duties primarily across the Dublin area.

The Role

•          Pick, load and deliver customer orders accurately and safely

•          Secure, balance and check loads prior to departure

•          Plan routes in conjunction with the Transport team and meet delivery schedules

•          Complete and maintain all delivery documentation

•          Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance (fuel, AdBlue, cleanliness)

•          Ensure full compliance with road traffic law, RSA regulations and tachograph use

•          Report defects, incidents, accidents or violations promptly

•          Load and unload vehicles safely, including forklift operation where required

•          Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

•          Adhere to all company Health and Safety policies and procedures

What we’re looking for

•          Full clean C and C1 driving licence with up-to-date CPC

•          Minimum 5 years professional driving experience

•          Valid Tacho Driver Card and Safe Pass

•          Counterbalance Forklift Licence essential

•          Strong attention to detail and good road courtesy

•          Excellent communication and customer service skills

•          Reliable, flexible and able to work on own initiative

•          Willingness to complete refresher training when required

•          ADR License
