We have an exciting opportunity for SR. AR Executive in our AR team. You will be responsible for Responsible for AR Collections

What you’ll do: (Key Accountabilities & Key Deliverables)

• Contacting customers to secure outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts. 
• Investigating and resolving billing disputes and account discrepancies with customers and internal departments. 
• Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to identify risks, prioritize collections, and forecast cash flow. 
• Preparing and presenting regular reports on collection activities, debt reduction, and overall AR performance to senior management. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance cash flow, reduce outstanding receivables, and improve the efficiency of the AR process. 
• Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior AR staff to develop their skills and improve team performance. 
• Ensuring all AR activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards. 
• Working with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to facilitate smooth invoicing and collection processes. 

Who you are: (Required-Knowledge, Experience, Education & Skills)

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is often preferred. 
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, typically 4-6 years or more, with a strong understanding of invoicing and payment collection processes. 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose solutions. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Strong time management, organizational, and detail-orientation skills
