Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing the floating rate loans, interest rate swaps, FX swaps and forwards
• Maintaining strong controls over the issuance of bank guarantees
• Reviewing the weekly cash forecast and implications on short term working capital
• Monitoring the automated FX trading process through the groups systems, ensuring execution, accuracy of settlement, and reporting
• Ongoing review of the groups banking facilities, reporting and ensuring accurate/timely settlement of obligations
• Establishing/maintaining good banking relationships
• Overseeing the stability of Kyriba (Treasury management system), ensuring accurate reporting of daily dash boards and using data to identify insights
• Optimising cash to the cash pool, maximising interest receivable opportunities while reducing bank charges
• Review of banking controls to manage banking access and payment processes
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth Treasury operations across the group, with 1 direct report
• Assisting the Head of Treasury with reporting
• Working with various financial systems and global finance teams

1 direct report – Treasury Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Good understanding of derivatives (FX, IRS, FX forwards)
• Experience with Treasury risk management (FX, interest rate, credit, liquidity, funding)
• Experience of FX management and reporting in a multicurrency global company
• Technology proficient (Treasury management systems, General ledgers, Databases)
• Good communication skills to manage banking relationships
• Hands on skillset to interpret large data volumes
  
  

Education, and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance or other closely related field
• Qualified accountant or Treasury qualification, at least 15 years experience
