This hands-on internship is designed for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys solving complex problems confident is sharing ideas, and is eager to learn how talent strategies shape sustainable careers – while working closely with the team to design frameworks, tools, and systems that support workforces planning, succession readiness, and career development.

The expected hourly range for this position is $19 - $33 per hour, depending on your year in college. Interns are eligible for some paid time off benefits and have access to our wellness program. Our internships also provide interns with exposure to the energy industry, mentorships, and real-world experience.
