Director of Hospice and Palliative Care

A well-established hospital located near Onalaska, Wisconsin, is seeking a Director of Hospice and Palliative Care to join its team.

Starting at $51/hour

Director of Hospice and Palliative Care Opportunity:

  • Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  • Schedule: 8a - 4:30p, Monday - Friday
  • Report directly to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Nursing Officer

Director of Hospice and Palliative Care Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operations, focusing on quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial health, and staff management for terminally ill patients
  • Drive performance improvement, monitor data, conduct staff meetings, and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with Nursing Directors, management members, nursing staff, and other clinical teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Director of Hospice and Palliative Care Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of management experience in Hospice or Home Health, or a master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience
