Salary: $105,000 - $145,000/annually

  • Quarterly bonuses

Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a hospital or acute care setting as a nursing leader managing large teams.
  • Leadership experience in nursing to include responsibilities such as 24-hour accountability, patient satisfaction initiatives, FTE management, policy, procedure, and budgetary oversight, and conducting disciplinary action.
  • Chief Nursing Officer reports directly to the CEO
  • Offer full medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, 401K, along with other benefits on day 1 of fulltime employment.

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in WV and BLS certification (ACLS Preferred).
  • Must have with an advanced degree such as MSN, other master’s degrees are acceptable. OR be currently enrolled in a master’s program and can show proof of present enrollment.
  • Chief Nursing Officer must have gone through specifically The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting.
