<p><strong>501603 Technical Integrator </strong></p>

<p>IronMountain Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting<strong> Technical Integrator </strong>to support the Strategic Concepts Branch for the UH-60 Black Hawk platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of programmatic leadership, executive-level communication skills, and technical depth, and will be capable of operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced DoD program environment.</p>
<p>This role requires close coordination with government Program Management Offices (PMOs), engineering teams, and operational stakeholders. Current secrete security clearance preferred but must be able to receive</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and execute programmatic activities in support of a DoD aviation program, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives</li>
<li>Serve as a primary interface with government stakeholders, supporting PMO coordination, IPT execution, and program reviews</li>
<li>Develop and maintain program schedules, risk registers, action item trackers, and performance metrics</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver government-standard briefings, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), technical status updates, and executive-level summaries</li>
<li>Translate technical progress and issues into clear programmatic impacts and recommended courses of action</li>
<li>Proactively identify risks, gaps, and integration challenges and drive mitigation actions to closure</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience supporting DoD acquisition programs in accordance with FAR/DFARS processes</li>
<li>Proven ability to independently manage program execution activities with limited oversight</li>
<li>Experience leading or supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across multiple disciplines</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to:</li>
<ul>
<li>Build clear, concise charts (schedule, cost, risk, performance)</li>
<li>Develop executive-level and customer-facing briefing decks</li>
</ul>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior government and industry leadership</li>
<li>Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate program needs, and take initiative without detailed direction</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Solid technical foundation in one or more of the following:</li>
<ul>
<li>Rotary-wing aviation platforms, preferably UH-60 Black Hawk</li>
</ul>
<li>Ability to understand system architectures, interfaces, and aircraft integration challenges (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Experience supporting aircraft integration efforts, including airworthiness, safety, and flight test (preferred but not required)</li>
<li>Background supporting fielded systems, operational deployments, or rapid capability insertion (preferred but not required)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education Requirements </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in a related field and minimum of 12 years experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Active or ability to obtain DoD Secret (or higher)</p>
<p><strong>Travel:</strong> 15%</p>
