<p><strong>501571 Provisioner</strong></p> <p>Work Location: Huntsville, AL</p> <p>Schedule:&nbsp; Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)&nbsp;</p> <p>Relocation:&nbsp; Negotiable</p> <p>IronMountain Solutions is seeking a <strong>Provisioner</strong> in support a Light Helicopter Product Office on Redstone Arsenal. Candidates should have the technical responsibility to develop, revise, and maintain data for maintenance publications. for new and/or modified Utility Helicopter systems, work effectively with others, and serve as a liaison between the customer and outside agencies.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>:   &nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Has the technical responsibility to develop, revise, and maintain data for maintenance publications.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Develops technical data which is the source of provisioning, RPSTL and other equipment publications and maintenance programs.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Evaluates Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and publications change requests for impact to maintenance concepts/philosophies.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Investigates and furnishes replies to DA Form 2028s and other related correspondence. Responsible for all initial and follow on provisioning of new and established items, to include assistance and service to supply personnel, relative to interchangeability and substitutability of parts.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Reviews, evaluates, accepts and/or rejects the provisioning data from OEM and contractors. Verifies provisioning data at contractor/government sites to ensure adequacy of technical contents. Investigates, analyzes and takes action to correct equipment deficiencies reported by equipment users.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledgeable of equipment requirements, policies, and procedures as they pertain to assigned system or subsystem requirements.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledgeable of, database maintenance and the interfaces with LMP, PowerLOG-J, LSA-030 and LSA-036 Reports and other functions for assigned equipment.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Interfaces with PowerLOG-J and defense integrated data systems activities to assure processing of National Stock Number (NSN) requests and related maintenance activities associated with item identification and compatibility.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Reviews, evaluates, accepts and/or rejects the provisioning data and maintenance allocations codes assigned, provides guidance during pre-provisioning and provisioning reconciliation conferences.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Conducts in-depth reviews of Proposals, to include validating pricing, conducting Technical Evaluations, participating in Fact Finding Rails, and participating in Integrated Product Team (IPTs).&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Works closely with Business Management Division by analyzing documentation and providing input for Fact Finding efforts and validating contract exclusions and Over and Above.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provides input and assistance in Technical Evaluation Development and Publication review&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide analysis for the Product Office to determine Time Between Overhaul requirements and completed overhauls.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Attends meetings and provide input to improve functionality and outcome of efforts regarding improving supply availability.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Completes other tasks assigned.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills, Competencies and Abilities</strong>:&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Aviation aircraft/major weapon system maintenance, recognition and readiness&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Acquisition and/or sustainment logistics&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM related to Provisioning&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and operate applicable automated databases&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience developing Integrated Logistics Support Plans&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to interface with subcontractors and proficiently / professionally relay Light Helicopter Product Office (LHPdO).&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to intelligently brief and converse with all levels of leadership.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be willing to travel 25% of the time.</p> <p><strong>Desired Skills</strong>: <br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Organizational and interpersonal skills.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to multi-task; prioritize internal and external tasks/projections&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work within a team environment&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to comprehend engineering technical data Required: UH-72 aircraft maintenance background&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, a problem solver and an effective communicator.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Review/analyze technical data received from vendors/OEM.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and operate Consolidated Aviation Maintenance Management System and applicable automated databases.</p> <p><strong>Education and General experience</strong>:  &nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Aviation aircraft/major weapon system maintenance, recognition, and readiness.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Acquisition and/or sustainment logistics.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Security Clearance Requirements</strong>: &nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.&nbsp;</p> <p>IronMountain Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
