<p><strong>Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) Senior Technical Systems Analyst</strong></p> <p>Work Location:&nbsp;Leavenworth, KS</p> <p>Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours in office (remote work is not authorized)</p> <p>Relocation:&nbsp; Negotiable</p> <p>IronMountain Solutions is looking for a<strong> </strong><strong>Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) Senior Technical Systems Analyst </strong><strong>at Leavenworth, KS </strong>supporting the Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture Project Office (PM AMSA), PdM Aerial Communications &amp; Mission Command (PdM ACMC). We require a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as an airspace systems expert and technical liaison within the Airspace Control Proponency Office and Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE). The candidate will provide critical Army and Joint airspace mission planning and operational expertise focused on systems architecture, integration, and employment of next-generation Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS). This role is pivotal in aligning Aviation Mission Systems &amp; Architecture (AMSA) development with the Army's strategic modernization efforts, including Transformation in Contact (TiC), Fight Tonight, and Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2).</p> <p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Systems Evolution &amp; Integration: Serve as the primary modernization technical advisor on the integration of Army and Joint airspace operations, mission planning, and MCIS capabilities. Analyzes and assesses emerging technologies and doctrinal shifts.</li> <li>Requirements Maintenance: Assists government in the maintenance of requirements documents, ensuring soldier feedback inputs are integrated and documents are shared to cleared industry partners.</li> <li>Liaison to Industry: Assists government by maintaining contact with cleared industry partners, helping to ensure government guidance and communications are understood and access to updated requirements documents.</li> <li>Analysis of Future Capabilities: Participates in wargames and experiments. Conducts detailed reviews of engineering schemas, use cases, and architectural constructs to advise government on the viability of novel C2 approaches.</li> <li>Modernization SME: Provide expert analysis, recommendations, and operational implications of technical aspects of Army modernization to include TiC, Fight Tonight, and NGC2. Translate conceptual frameworks into tangible system requirements.</li> <li>Test &amp; Evaluation Support: Provide SME support for test events. Assist in the development of test plans, evaluation criteria, and analysis of results to validate system performance against established requirements.</li> <li>Risk Management &amp; Mitigation: Identify, analyze, and document risks related to systems integration, interoperability, and performance. Develop and propose mitigation strategies in alignment with the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).</li> <li>Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with engineering, development, and operational stakeholders across the Aviation and Mission Command enterprises. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science is required</li> <li>15+ years of related experience in military airspace systems, integration, or technical program management.</li> <li>Knowledge of Army airspace operations from tactical edge to Joint partner operations supporting largescale combat operations Experience supporting an Army Center of Excellence office &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>In-depth doctrinal and technical knowledge of MCIS architecture, deployment, and network operations.</li> <li>Expert-level understanding of Army and Joint airspace operations (current and future), including unit planning and operations, air route planning systems (e.g., AMPS), and air-ground integration. Demonstrated experience in building and managing requirements documents.</li> <li>Proficiency working with systems engineering processes.</li> <li>Advanced analytical and complex problem-solving skills. Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication abilities.</li> <li>Ability to effectively brief complex technical information to government customers, industry partners, and military leadership.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance Requirements:</strong> Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
