We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Asset Management Lead to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the asset management needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

Make a difference as a Asset Management Lead

Lead the repossession, transports, impound, and liquidation processes! As the Asset Management Lead at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will play a pivotal role in the recovery, transport, and sale of collateral, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including customer solutions, accounting, and compliance, to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. This position requires effective communication and coordination with repossession and auction vendors to approve fees, monitor performance, and resolve any escalations. Your essential functions will include overseeing the repossession steps, preparing accurate sales notices, documenting account activities, and providing guidance to both internal and external teams.

You will also be responsible for negotiating the resolution of impounded collateral and evaluating it for proper valuation. By reviewing fee requests and remaining current on required training, you will contribute to a comprehensive asset management strategy that drives success for both the company and its clients.
