Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Treasury Executive to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, maintaining vital banking relationships, and ensuring strict compliance with debt agreements and regulatory reporting.
You will join a high-impact team dedicated to optimizing the company's capital structure and providing critical financial insights to senior management and external boards.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Manage daily liquidity and cash positioning activities, including the development of reporting dashboards and indirect modeling to support both short-term and long-term forecasting needs.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with internal business partners, Shared Services, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams to optimize working capital and maintain subsidiary capital structures
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related financial domain.
Strong knowledge of liquidity forecasting, Foreign Exchange (FX) rate analysis, and month-end accounting procedures.
Proven ability in stakeholder management, acting as a primary liaison between commercial banks and internal business managers.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications in Treasury or Finance are highly preferred.
