Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deal Operations Center (DOC) Generalist Intern to join our Commercial Excellence team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing backend administrative paperwork, strategizing deal pricing for financial gain, and ensuring all contracts and proposals are accurately prepared for leadership and finance approval.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of sales paperwork and contracts within Salesforce to ensure deals are processed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Finance teams, and global leadership to strategize deal structures and secure necessary approvals for customer signatures.
Ensure compliance with organizational pricing standards and profitability guidelines by auditing deal records and participating in opportunity review board calls.
The ideal candidate will have:
Education: Currently a rising undergraduate senior with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027, preferably majoring in Business, Sales, or Consulting
Basic knowledge of technical platforms such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce.
Proven ability in critical thinking and analytical problem-solving, specifically regarding financial data and pricing models.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving, and global team environment.
Internship Dates : May 27, 2026-August 7, 2026

Salary details: $25 per hour.
Shifts: Standard business hours; however, the team offers flexibility to support a global environment.
Location: Boston, MA. Hybrid schedule with commitment to 1 day in office
