The Opportunity: Senior Program Manager, Data Center
Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Senior Program Manager to join our Iron Mountain Data Centers team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of business programs, strategic and operational initiatives, and change management strategies to ensure strategic outcomes are met on time and within budget. You will join a collaborative Program Management team dedicated to enhancing playbooks and tools to drive operational excellence across our global footprint.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the orchestration and execution of complex, cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through benefits realization to ensure successful delivery of scope and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with globally distributed teams and executive leadership to align Data Center strategic and operational initiatives with global corporate functions, providing visibility on progress and risks.
Develop and implement standardized operational processes and program management best practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards and drive scalable results.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Substantial experience (ideally circa 8 years +) of running complex global programs and leading matrixed teams within the Data Center industry.
Strong knowledge of data center facilities operations, critical infrastructure, and colocation services.
Proven ability in change leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with the capacity to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired.
