Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and analytical Sales Support to join our Digital Operations Center (DOC) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing tactical pricing activities and administrative sales support, ensuring that every opportunity is accurately modeled and documented to drive revenue growth.
You will serve as a key link between the Sales and Commercial teams, acting as a subject matter expert in internal pricing systems to reduce administrative friction and ensure competitive, accurate quotes for our clients.
Execute Commercial Pricing and Quoting – Create simple price models, generate accurate quotes, and develop tactical reports to ensure all sales opportunities reflect current commercial standards and client requirements.
Manage Opportunity Data and Research – Extract and analyze data from Salesforce.com and Business Intelligence (BI) systems to provide critical insights into inventory, contracts, and price lists for the internal sales teams.
Ensure Process Integrity and Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while completing essential Request for Information (RFI) and Quality Assurance (QA) documentation.
1+ years of experience in sales support, deal operations, or a role focused on commercial pricing and data management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and pricing tools, with the ability to consolidate, format, and analyze complex client data sets accurately.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in recognizing pricing discrepancies or process failures and escalating them for resolution.
A University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, combined with mandatory English fluency
