Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Solution Sales Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of digital solutions—including digitization services and cloud solutions—to enterprise and Global accounts while ensuring customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

In this role, you will:
Lead the End-to-End Sales Lifecycle: participate in the entire sales process from pipeline creation and account planning to contract signature, coordinating across operations, legal, and professional services to ensure successful deal delivery.
Collaborate for Strategic Growth: Partner with internal support teams and Solution Architects to proactively identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and influence Request for Proposal (RFP) development to position Iron Mountain as the premier digital provider.
Drive Business Strategy and Negotiation: Develop comprehensive business plans based on customer value propositions and lead the negotiation process to maximize deal profitability and ensure timely, successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or direct selling to executive-level buyers.
Strong knowledge of Digital Transformation, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Content Services Platform (CSP) solutions.
Proven ability in high-stakes sales, specifically meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas through expert account planning and storytelling.
A four-year college degree and proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
