Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Business Development Executive para cuentas globales del sector Financiero. Esta persona deberá tener un amplio conocimiento y experiencia vendiendo al sector de banca con cuentas globales grandes como HSBC, Citibank, Santander, BBVA, Scotiabank, Mapfre, Axa entre otras. Su experiencia en estas cuentas globales es mandatorio. De igual manera, debe tener inglés conversacional, debe haber vendido proyectos de servicios y soluciones tipo SaaS (ventas de software y venta de proyectos de valor para los clientes) y debe tener experiencia demostrada relacionándose con tomadores de decisión clave C Level. También, debe ser un experto en venta consultiva y ventas de proyectos de largo alcance en donde los tiempos de venta pueden ser de 6 meses o más tiempo.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Establecer distintos canales de comunicación entre Iron Mountain y los clientes de C-Level (tomadores de decisión), para desarrollar proyectos comerciales.
  • Realizar una diferenciación en cuanto a las necesidades de los clientes clave y los mercados o sectores AAA en el sector financiero de cuentas enterprise / globales (Banca y Seguros)
  • Elaboración y envío en tiempo y forma del reporte de Pipeline, para el seguimiento del cumplimiento de la cuota de venta por parte de la Gerencia Comercial de la plaza.
  • Gestionar y mantener relaciones comerciales de alto nivel con los clientes de Global Industries
  • Entender y cumplir presupuestos de venta booking y objetivos de venta Billing, reportando progreso al gerente de ventas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con respecto a la industria, los competidores y los clientes para asegurar su satisfacción y ofrecer un servicio excepcional.

Conocimientos, Competencias y Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia como vendedor de servicios y soluciones intangibles en el mundo de SaaS
  • Nivel de inglés alto.
  • Experiencia vendiendo a grandes cuentas de carácter global en industrias como finanzas, banca, seguros es un factor indispensable
  • Experiencia relacionándose con cuentas multinacionales.
  • Experiencia en negociaciones multipaís.
  • Seguimiento Oportuno a Crecimiento de Cartera de Clientes actual.
  • Conocimiento de Salesforce.
  • Dominio de paquetería de Microsoft Office y Google Workspace.
