Iron Mountain busca un Auxiliar de Bodega motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones en Yumbo, Valle del Cauca.

En este cargo, serás responsable del cargue y descargue de remolques, así como del movimiento y clasificación de artículos, garantizando siempre la seguridad de la información de nuestros clientes. Te unirás a un equipo dinámico en el sector de Arroyohondo, enfocado en mantener la excelencia operativa y un entorno de trabajo seguro.

En este rol, tú vas a:

  • Ejecutar el cargue, descargue y clasificación de artículos y remolques para asegurar un flujo de inventario eficiente y una organización precisa en la bodega.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de operaciones en el manejo de archivos y operar herramientas y equipos de forma segura para alcanzar los objetivos de procesamiento diarios.

  • Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y cumplir estrictamente con los estándares de seguridad de la organización y las normas de protección de datos del cliente.

El candidato ideal contará con:

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en áreas relacionadas con logística, bodega o labores operativas.

  • Sólido conocimiento en el manejo seguro de herramientas y capacidad para levantar hasta 20 kilogramos de forma regular.

  • Capacidad demostrada en la organización de inventarios, gestión de archivos y trabajo bajo protocolos de seguridad.

  • Título de Bachiller, el cual es preferible para el desempeño exitoso de estas funciones.

  • Compensación: Salario de $ 1,750,905 más Auxilio de Transporte.

  • Ubicación y Transporte: Ruta disponible desde Puerto Rellena hasta Arroyohondo.

  • Horario: Lunes a miércoles de 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. y jueves a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 4:30 p.m..
  • Bienestar: Refrigerio tres veces por semana, un almuerzo mensual y programa de apoyo emocional para ti y tu núcleo familiar.
  • Seguridad Social: Afiliación completa a Entidad Promotora de Salud (EPS), Administradora de Riesgos Laborales (ARL), Fondo de Pensiones y Cesantías, y Caja de Compensación.
