Arquiteto de Software
Estamos contratando Arquiteto(a) de Software na Iron Mountain! Buscamos um(a) profissional para integrar soluções de IA/ML e GenAI em ambientes ágeis e em nuvem, liderando discussões técnicas, otimizando sistemas de alta performance e colaborando com equipes globais.
Responsabilidades principais
- Liderar discussões técnicas de design, avaliando alternativas para garantir valor de negócio, escalabilidade e prazos.
- Implementar e otimizar sistemas para resolver problemas específicos ou melhorar processos existentes.
- Integrar modelos de IA/GenAI aos sistemas e fluxos de trabalho já existentes.
- Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais (AIML, DxP, IDP, Infraestrutura, entre outras).
- Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre avanços em arquitetura e design de sistemas.
- Documentar código, algoritmos e metodologias, contribuindo para revisões de pares e sessões de compartilhamento de conhecimento.
Requisitos técnicos
- Experiência relevante em linguagens JVM
- Experiência desejável em Golang ou Python.
- Conhecimento em Microservices Design Pattern.
- Experiência em SpringBoot e frameworks JS (preferência por ReactJS).
- Experiência com bancos relacionais e não relacionais (Postgres, MongoDB, Elastic, Graph ou Vector DBs).
- Experiência com Kafka e Redis
- Experiência com Kubernetes
- Experiência com Google Cloud Platform, AWS ou Azure (mínimo 3 anos).
- Vivência com ferramentas ágeis (JIRA, Rally, TFS, Version One).
- Experiência em CI/CD (Gitlab, Jenkins, Git), Docker/Containers e Linux Shell scripting.
- Experiência prática com GenAI (LLM) e prompt engineering é altamente desejável.
