Analista de Relacionamento Pleno

Responsabilidades

  • Prestar suporte ao Gerente da Conta em clientes do segmento corporativo.

  • Realizar assistência contínua, incluindo renovações de contrato e reajustes, visando fidelização e satisfação do cliente.

  • Monitorar o desempenho dos clientes, garantindo engajamento e relacionamento de longo prazo.

  • Facilitar o processo de integração de novos clientes, assegurando uma experiência descomplicada desde o início.

  • Mapear contas estratégicas e identificar oportunidades de expansão.

  • Conduzir negociações contratuais e apoiar processos de revisão de termos.

  • Realizar contatos proativos e reuniões de governança periódicas.

  • Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e indicadores de performance da carteira.

  • Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua nos processos de atendimento e relacionamento.

  • Atuar como ponto de contato principal para resolução de demandas e alinhamento de expectativas.

  • Colaborar com áreas internas (financeiro, operações, jurídico) para garantir a execução adequada dos contratos.

  • Contribuir para estratégias de retenção e crescimento da base de clientes.

✅ Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.

  • Experiência prévia em relacionamento com clientes corporativos.

  • Conhecimento em negociação e gestão de contratos.

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

  • Perfil analítico para monitoramento de indicadores e métricas de satisfação.

  • Proatividade e habilidade de trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar.
