Job Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and service quality.
 Ensuring compliance with company standards across all operational areas, including:

Product preparation and delivery
 Customer relations
 Restaurant maintenance and repairs
 Inventory management

 Lead your team with effective guidance, manage recruitment for store-level positions as needed, and focus on employee retention.
 Managing financial accountability to support the restaurant’s performance goals.
 Delivering the highest quality products and exceptional service to each customer.
Performing additional duties as needed or assigned.
