【主な業務内容】

医療機関への調査メール配信と、そのトラッキング/フォローアップ(メール・電話)

医療機関や一般人から問い合わせに対し、適切な回答を行う

メール・電話による有害情報の聞き取り・収集

収集・整理した有害事象のクライアントへの報告(システム経由)

ご経験に応じ、上記業務における品質改善、進捗管理、問題可決、メンバーサポートなどのスーパバイザー業務もお任せします。

【求める人物像】

必須条件

医薬品業界におけるコンタクトセンター/コールセンター、お薬相談室などでの医療機関対応経験(年数不問)

医療関係者(医師・薬剤師など)との対応力(スムーズさ、マナーなど)

ビジネスレベルの日本語能力。

薬剤師資格もしくはMR資格をお持ちの方。

歓迎要件

ライフサイエンス関連の学歴・職歴

英語の文書に抵抗感がないこと。

* 添付文書やインタビューフォームの改訂作業をしたこと

原則としてフルリモート

必要に応じてオフィス(品川/新大阪)に出勤
