【主な業務内容】
医療機関への調査メール配信と、そのトラッキング/フォローアップ（メール・電話）
医療機関や一般人から問い合わせに対し、適切な回答を行う
メール・電話による有害情報の聞き取り・収集
収集・整理した有害事象のクライアントへの報告（システム経由）
ご経験に応じ、上記業務における品質改善、進捗管理、問題可決、メンバーサポートなどのスーパバイザー業務もお任せします。
【求める人物像】
必須条件
医薬品業界におけるコンタクトセンター/コールセンター、お薬相談室などでの医療機関対応経験（年数不問）
医療関係者（医師・薬剤師など）との対応力（スムーズさ、マナーなど）
ビジネスレベルの日本語能力。
薬剤師資格もしくはMR資格をお持ちの方。
歓迎要件
ライフサイエンス関連の学歴・職歴
英語の文書に抵抗感がないこと。

- The Operations Specialist 1 will be responsible for sending and tracking survey emails to medical institutions, responding to inquiries, and collecting adverse event information. Additionally, they may supervise quality improvement and progress management based on their experience.
