Job Overview
The Data Integrity Analyst I is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of data integrity standards across clinical systems and processes. This role ensures that data generated and managed within clinical trials is accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and update records in COA Accelerator database
• Assist in the review and verification of COAA data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with COAA SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Maintain logs and records of data integrity assessments and findings.
• Participate in the development and implementation of data integrity training and awareness programs.
• Monitor data systems for anomalies and escalate potential breaches or inconsistencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance and quality.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences Req
• 2 years of experience in data management or COAs Req
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with COAs description, scoring, and/or administration
• Knowledge in information sciences as Fast-reading techniques, Information search process, Assessment of relevance
