About the Role

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst to provide high‑quality, on‑time contributions to client projects within the life sciences industry. This role offers exposure to a broad range of consulting activities, from foundational analysis and problem‑solving to supporting the development of more complex, data‑driven client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the review and analysis of client requirements, business problems, and strategic questions.

• Assist in the development of client proposals and tailored consulting solutions.

• Develop detailed documentation, specifications, and analytical materials to support project delivery.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify client issues and inform solution design.

• Contribute to the design, structure, and completion of client‑ready presentations, ensuring content aligns with the audience’s needs.

• Develop complete or partial client deliverables within established consulting frameworks and methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with project team members to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.

• Continuously build knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through hands‑on project work and learning opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, analytics, life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.

• Intermediate English proficiency (desired)

• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

• Solid understanding of core business processes and how internal and external factors influence decision‑making and performance.

• Working knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to one’s functional area.

• Awareness of industry trends, current events, and key competitors within the life sciences or healthcare space.

• Understanding of the marketplace, including major players, professional associations, and key stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
