Job Description
- To assist the Trust Managers with all day-to-day matters in the administration of the trust structures (including but not limited to – preparation of trustee and director minutes / resolutions, preparation of bank instructions, completion of relevant checklists, transaction monitoring);
- To assist with the regular fiduciary file reviews;
- Liaison with bankers, lawyers and other external parties;
- Liaison with the respective internal IQEQ Departments.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience;
- Relevant qualifications (STEP Certificate / Diploma, accounting), or working towards, would be an advantage.
- Candidate must be able to speak Chinese due to the business needs
- Candidate with more experience will be hired at Senior Associate level
