- Be part of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team, collaborating closely with team members on key strategic projects
- Support project leads in the execution of strategic projects and deliver insights that shape Ipsen decisions

WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Main responsibilities
- Support Strategic Projects
- Assist S&T Project leads in the development and execution of strategic projects (Eg. on a product/therapeutic area, geography, …), acting as PMO
- Support the team driving execution of the long-term strategic plan through tasks such as data consolidation, modeling and analysis, data quality control, …
- Deliver Analytics & strategic insights
- Analyze external data to provide insights on market trends, benchmark and competitors’ analyses, to support internal decision-making
- Analyze internal data, prepare presentations, and draft strategic analyses
- Contribute to S&T team development
- Actively participate to weekly S&T team meetings
- Help prepare team’s workshops and meetings
- Contribute to continuous improvement of S&T Team capabilities

Knowledge & Experience (essential):
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Financial analysis & Accounting
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (E.g., Agile) is a plus
- Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
- Previous internship in consulting, strategy, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
Education / Certifications (essential):
- Business school and/or PhD and/or PharmD and/or MD
Education / Certifications (preferred):

- Fluent in English and French
