Job Description:

Main responsibilities:

• 所在城市及周边达菲林在前列腺癌领域、小儿性早熟领域的推广；
• 负责日常的业务拜访，拜访标准即：专业化、学术的业务推广工作；
• 与市场部紧密合作，确保高质量的执行推广活动；
• 通过高质量的执行项目，覆盖重点客户，让所辖区域的业务得到提升与发展；
• 与市场部、医学部、医院准入、商务团队等保持密切协作；
• 与HA（医院事务）共同推动医院列名，助力业务增长；
• 与产品相关的疾病知识及医学知识的深度学习，定期参加公司组织的各类培训与考试；
• 所有日常的工作行为以及活动执行将严格遵守公司合规的政策；

Knowledge, abilities & experience:

• 本科及以上学历，医药或临床专业优先
• 4年或以上相关工作经验，外企经验更加
• 英文熟练者更优
• 有相关治疗领域，或相关辖区工作的经验优先。
• 良好的沟通技能和跨部门协作能力
• 学习能力强，适应环境变化
• 为人正直积极正向，勇于挑战
