IOTA GROUP, a prominent Swiss International Technical Consulting firm specializing in heavy industries, is expanding its team!
We are recruiting for International Logistics & INCOTERMS Specialist, position based in France.
The mission aims to optimize the international logistics operations for energy‑access products such as solar lamps, solar fans, and energy‑storage devices. The role covers end‑to‑end supply chain coordination — from supplier management to documentation, quality follow‑up, and compliance — particularly for shipments involving dangerous goods (products with batteries).
The specialist will ensure efficient stock management, strong relationships with suppliers and freight forwarders, rigorous document handling, and accurate financial processes through SAP.
Description du poste
- Ensure efficient international stock management and maintain proactive communication with suppliers.
- Manage documentation for international shipments, especially for dangerous goods (battery‑powered equipment).
- Maintain and update stock levels with storage partners and logistics operators.
- Handle commercial negotiations, purchase order follow‑up, and supplier coordination.
- Monitor product quality throughout the logistics process.
- Strengthen partnerships with forwarders, storage facilities, and freight agents.
- Manage billing processes, including issuing invoices and credit notes via SAP.
- Guarantee compliance with all trade, transport, and INCOTERMS requirements.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS and international trade.
- Strong skills in logistics management, documentation, and supply chain coordination.
- Experience with dangerous goods shipping is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in SAP for logistics and invoicing workflows.
- Proven ability to manage suppliers and negotiate commercially.
- Strong capability in stock management and operational tracking.
- Fluency in English (bilingual level).
