About this role
El proyecto tiene como objetivo mejorar la protección, la regularización y la integración socioeconómica de los migrantes y refugiados de Venezuela y otras nacionalidades relevantes en la región de América Latina, INtegrate, ejecutado por la Organización Internacional para las Migraciones OIM Ecuador, con el apoyo financiero del Gobierno de Canadá, tiene como objetivos mejorar los servicios de protección, regularización e integración de población migrante en Ecuador. En este marco, la OIM fortalecerá Centros de Recursos para Migrantes (MRC), entre ellos el Centro Municipal de Ciudadanos Integrados (CMCI) gestionado por la Jefatura de Movilidad Humana del Municipio de Guayaquil; particularmente en asistencia técnica y desarrollo de capacidades de funcionarios/as, así como en acciones de, protección, atención directa y provisión de información a población vulnerable.
El CMCI atiende diariamente a población en alta vulnerabilidad, en coordinación con actores internacionales y locales, brindando servicios gratuitos e integrales, incluyendo asesoría legal, atención psicosocial, campañas de sensibilización y jornadas comunitarias. Su modelo enfatiza la articulación institucional y el fortalecimiento comunitario como estrategia de inclusión. Con esta consultoría se busca fortalecer los procesos internos del CMCI y garantizar una atención de calidad, sostenible y articulada con instituciones públicas y socios humanitarios.

What you'll do
- The consultant will strengthen internal processes at the CMCI and ensure quality, sustainable assistance in coordination with public institutions and humanitarian partners. The role involves providing technical assistance and capacity development for staff.
