Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer!

What Will You Do? 

• Architect, implement, operate, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes environments across cloud platforms. 

• Manage deployments, resource optimization and cluster-level security. 

• Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines enabling fast and repeatable deployments. 

• Drive GitOps-based deployment models and promote a “you build it, you run it” mindset across teams. 

• Design and operate end-to-end observability covering logs, metrics, and traces, with actionable alerting strategies. 

• Integrate security into the delivery lifecycle including image scanning, secret management, and access control. 

• Lead hands-on deployments into client cloud environments, working closely with their IT, security, and operations teams. 

• Create and maintain clear, structured documentation of infrastructure, processes, and operational workflows. 
• Partner with Technical Leads and development teams to establish best practices and enable efficient delivery.  
  
  

What we expect from You: 

• 3–5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in fast-paced, agile environments. 

• Cloud & Kubernetes: 

• • Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure) 

• • Practical Kubernetes knowledge (EKS, AKS, OpenShift, Tanzu, etc.) 

• • Hands-on with Helm and/or Kustomize 

• CI/CD & Automation: 

• • Experience designing pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar tools 

• • Scripting and automation mindset 

• Infrastructure as Code: 

• • Proven experience with Terraform and/or Ansible 

• Observability: 

• • Centralized logging (ELK Stack, Graylog, or similar) 

• • Monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) 

• Security & Identity: 

• • Container image scanning (Trivy, Clair, etc.) 

• • Static code analysis tools (e.g. SonarQube) 

• • Secrets management (Vault or cloud-native secret stores) 

• • IAM / OIDC / identity providers (Keycloak or similar) 

• Compliance Awareness: 

• • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR) 

• Operational Mindset: 

• • Incident response, troubleshooting, and production support experience 

• • Basic cloud cost awareness and optimization mindset (FinOps) 

• Languages: 

• • Fluent Hungarian (internal communication) 

• • Intermediate English (client-facing communication)
