Como Gestor de Recuperação de Crédito terás como principais responsabilidades:
• Garantir o tratamento dos processos de dívidas dos clientes do nosso cliente
• Definir estratégias de recuperação
• Acompanhar a performance da carteira

Tens o 12º ano completo, bem como experiência relevante em call center ou recuperação de crédito?
Possuis experiência na área da banca ou instituições financeiras?
Tens conhecimentos de informática?
Tens boa capacidade de argumentação e negociação?
E consideras que te destacas pela tua capacidade de escuta ativa e empatia para com as pessoas? Trabalhas bem em equipa e tens orientação para os resultados e para o cliente?
