We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager – Defense Electronics Projects who will be responsible for the management of projects related to the design and development of customized Build to Spec solutions for aerospace and defense electronics applications (such as Missile Telemetries and Data Links).

What You ‘ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards and project milestones.
  • Coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to track progress.
  • Perform project risk and issue management.
  • Track project expenditures and ensure compliance with applicable financial guidelines.
  • Manage project documentation.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports (financial, technical and administrative) internally and to the contracting agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • University Degree in Engineering (Elec/Mech) or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in relevant management or technical area.
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in a Management role (e.g. Project/Technical Manager/Team leader).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Availability to travel abroad.

Desired:

  • PMP/ PRINCE II Certification.
  • Knowledge of the International Defense, Security or Aerospace Research and Technology domain.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Greek.
  • Willingness to take initiative and motivation to drive results.
  • Very good planning and time-management skills.
  • High sense of accountability and great ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
