Role Overview: As a Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. This entry-level position is perfect for energetic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a physically demanding environment. You will work closely with team members to produce high-quality resin, tape, and woven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop and produce various products.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Efficiently load and unload materials between departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive, energetic individual who enjoys hands-on work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for working in fast-paced environments.
• No prior experience required-just a willingness to learn and grow with us!

Shift Details:

• 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night)
• Shifts: 8 AM - 8 PM and 8 PM - 8 AM
