The ideal candidate will have prior pediatric phlebotomy experience <strong data-start="444" data-end="450">or</strong> strong foundational phlebotomy skills with a genuine willingness to learn pediatric techniques. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting both young patients and team goals in a collaborative clinic environment.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong data-start="1118" data-end="1144">Administrative duties:</strong> Providing excellent customer service to patients and families, answering phones, and monitoring for instrumentation alarms.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong data-start="1273" data-end="1304">Technical responsibilities:</strong> Performing venipuncture for blood collection, obtaining additional specimen types as required, and preparing all samples for lab testing and screening, with a focus on pediatric patients.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong data-start="1760" data-end="1775">Compliance:</strong> Following safety protocols, HIPAA policies, Medicare rules, and participating in quality assurance activities.</span></li>
