<p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">In this role, you will be responsible for:</span></strong></p>

<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Sample Processing: Receive and process samples efficiently, ensuring turnaround times; maintain specimen integrity and package samples for referral labs; accurately translate physician orders and diagnoses; verify and manage specimen details and perform data entry; assess specimen adequacy with technical assistance if needed; prepare specimens and perform screening procedures accurately.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Communication and Reporting: Respond to colleague inquiries and manage instrumentation alarms; print and distribute reports.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Operational Duties: Follow daily checklists and ensure timely task completion; adapt to covering shifts and locations as needed; maintain regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance practices; ensure HIPAA compliance and follow Medicare rules for ABNs; monitor the work environment for safety issues.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.</span></li>
