About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager  to join our team in Chiswick, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with knowledge of access, permissions, logins, and subscriptions.  The Product Manager, Core Enablement will lead the Core Enablement Capability – a foundational, multi-team area that powers the entire platform.  This capability underpins user experience, platform security, and operational efficiency for both our customer and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver product features across IDAM, ABAC, and user/profile management, from discovery through to launch.

• Support the definition and evolution of user and profile data models, ingestion mechanisms, and reusable platform standards.

• Work with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.

• Work with engineering to iterate and improve matching algorithms, with a focus on utilising AI to increase accuracy.

• Help define and improve attribute-based access control (ABAC) capabilities, enabling secure and contextual access decisions.

• Collaborate with security and platform teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and auditable.

• Engage with internal product teams to understand their needs and enable adoption of identity and profile platform capabilities.

• Use data, feedback, and platform usage metrics to inform prioritisation and measure success.

• Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.



About you

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software, SaaS, or platform environment.

• Experience working on platform, data, or foundational capabilities, rather than only end-user features.

• Comfortable working with complex domain models, ambiguity, and cross-team dependencies.

• Strong collaborator who can work effectively with engineering, security, and design.

• Able to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile delivery environment.

• Curious, structured, and motivated to learn more about identity, access, and data platforms.

• Bonus: Exposure to IDAM, access control, user management, or data pipelines.
