International SOS Government Services is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic FP&A team in San Antonio, TX. This is your chance to be at the financial heart of a world-renowned provider of essential government and defense services, both CONUS and OCONUS. What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst for Government Services US, you’ll play a key role in:

• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy and insight
• Creating strategic financial analysis and dashboards that guide decision-making
• Supporting month-end close activities and P&L / balance sheet reviews
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Ops, Contracts, and more
• Partnering with GSS/Accenture for accurate reporting and data management
• Building pricing models for new business capture in compliance with government regulations
• This role is mission-critical, you’ll be hands-on with projects that influence how services are delivered and scaled across the globe.

What you bring

• 1–3 years in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a matrixed or multinational environment
• Experience with government contracts or pricing is a strong plus
• Excel wizardry – you’re confident with pivot tables and complex formulas
• Proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a passion for working across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate.
