About this role

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall Purpose

Responsible for reviewing and verifying healthcare providers' credentials in the Philippines to support contract compliance and reduce fraudulent claims.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience working in a medical related field.
  • Experience coordinating medical services and communications.
  • Graduate of any Medical Allied Course
  • Must be available for travel and field work at least 80% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical visits to providers and verify their existence.
  • Communicate certification process and requirements to providers.
  • Gather information to assess fraud risk.
  • Plan and execute provider visits strategically.
  • Perform risk assessments before visits.
  • Complete certification requirements and update reports in SharePoint.
  • Submit visit results to managers and maintain confidentiality of files.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and equipment.
  • Familiarity with Philippine transportation and willingness to travel nationwide (field work)
