Job Description

Serve as the onsite operational lead responsible for the daily management, coordination, and oversight of services in support of contract requirements. This role acts as the onsite liaison for key stakeholders while ensuring staff performance, compliance, quality standards, and the timely delivery of all project objectives.

  • Responsible for day-to-day medical services operations and as the onsite interface with the prime project management team.
  • Responsible for the administration, conduct and performance of all staff, including leave and rest, duty rosters, timekeeping, and travel.
  • Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Managing and delivering aspects of personnel induction on site.
  • Support development of and implement facilities ongoing training plan.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Supporting submission of project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies are implemented and followed by all staff.
  • Supports completion of required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain records and ensure requirements are met in support of the prime’s medical logistics efforts.
  • Act as primary onsite POC for clinical quality team and support audit efforts.
  • Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies

Qualifications

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or deputy management role, supervising multidisciplinary and support staff, preferably in the medical industry
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong operational reporting and coordination experience, including preparation of status reports, tracking deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements and deadlines.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, preferably business or leadership fields with a background in medical administration preferred.
  • Ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements
  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • May require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs.

Other Special Qualifications:

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
  • Valid US Passport with at least 18 months before expiration date. Must maintain a current passport during your stay in Iraq.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, specifically a MRPT. Applicants with current clearances are preferred.
  • Must be able to relocate to Iraq for the duration of the project.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.

Additional Information

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
