About this role

Are you highly organized, process-driven, and have a keen technical aptitude? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for inputting and managing product codes in our system, ensuring that all part numbers are accurate, and maintaining system integrity. Your ability to police and enforce compliance will be key to ensuring smooth operations. You’ll also support product lifecycle management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with the setup and attendance of customer shows, with occasional travel (up to 10%, including international trips). If you’re ready to play a critical role in product coordination, we want you to be part of our team!


What you’ll be responsible for:

Supporting the Sr Manager, Product Management with:

  • Manage customers’ branding specifications
  • Work in homegrown system overseeing input, accuracy and updating of more than 70K item codes globally
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality with rules and procedures including internal regulations
  • Follow up and coordinate product files and database projects
  • Interaction with production as it relates to product codes
  • Supporting product lifecycle management

What you’ll have:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related role
  • 1-2 years of related experience, internship experience may apply
  • Strong technical aptitude, process oriented
  • Excel skills to include exporting from ERP system into Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience in an ERP system (preferably AX, SAP) helpful, not necessary
