Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Account Director to expand and accelerate growth within our strategic customer segment. This role is focused on net-new revenue generation, account expansion, and creating long-term customer value. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

Driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a $500K existing customer portfolio while generating $1.5M in new business through strategic prospecting, solution selling, and relationship management. This includes identifying growth opportunities, closing deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.

 

Qualifications

  • Required degree: Bachelor’s or industry experience
  • Industry experience preferred
  • 10 years of sale experience
  • Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
  • Experience using Salesforce and accurate forecasting
  • Up to 50% travel required (100% remote outside of travel requirements)

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $170,000 - $235,000 and is inclusive of base salary and commission.
