Job Description:
A Medical assistant has accountability for providing care to patients in an ambulatory clinic setting. A Medical Assistant will be responsible for communicating clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions. Under the direction of the Clinician, the Medical Assistant will provide care to patients by assisting the provider to gather information that is relative to the patient’s visit and condition. Additionally, the MA Limited Scope Radiographer performs imaging exams for which the employee meets the Medical Group's Core Exam Specifications and as allowed by their Limited Scope Radiographer License. Caregivers must demonstrate competency in these areas through successful completion of skills test/competency review.Shift Details: 36 hours/week, Full Time. Clinic is open Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Schedule to be determined upon hire.
