GENERAL SUMMARY:  The Team Lead is responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversite to an assigned team of clinical staff. The Team Lead provides support, direction and assistance to the team; as well as coordination of day to day functioning of the team and case load assignments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present open communication to ensure team members are supported in their roles and understand their performance expectations.
  • Coordinate work schedules for team members to ensure there is coverage of program needs.
  • Accounts for service delivery within contractual timelines.
  • Monitor staff productivity.
  • Assist in coordinating collaborations with outside service provides for care resources.  
  • Maintain documentation of client contact hours for the team per week and conduct other reports as needed.
  • Conduct monthly member chat audits to ensure team members are practicing proper documentation. Ensure member files are maintained in accordance with company and licensing standards.
  • Organize and participate in individual and weekly team supervision meetings.
  • Ensure supervision is documents and submitted to Human Resources for entry in personnel files.
  • Maintain an approved schedule and an acceptable level of attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education - High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience - Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Certification - None.
  • License - None.

REGULATORY:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
  • CPR, First Aid & AED certification, if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).
  • Valid Driver’s License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meet company insurance requirements, if required.
  • Negative TB test result, if required (Employer provides).
