About this role
We're seeking a Chief of Staff who will be the operational backbone of Interface, working with the team in our SF office, 6 days a week. You'll work directly with the CEO on the company’s most critical priorities, including day-to-day operations, GTM, product planning, customer success, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in organized chaos and can build just enough process to keep us efficient without slowing us down.
What you'll do
- Mirror the CEO’s activities
- Own end-to-end project delivery timelines for enterprise contracts
- Build strong customer relationships
- Build systems to track decisions, set priorities, streamline workflows
- Support with creating materials for investor updates and fundraising activities
- Support day-to-day activities, including admin, travel, conferences, meeting agendas
