Overview
Interface Systems is looking Regional Sales Representative to help us maintain and grow our market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in the security industry being a strong asset. They will be responsible for managing a sales territory, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The Commercial Sales Representative will be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and a desire to succeed. If you are a driven sales professional, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Working with managers to develop plans for reaching sales goals in specific territories
Meeting regularly with managers to discuss progress toward sales goals and discuss any challenges that may be impeding progress
Providing customer service support to customers by answering questions about products or services offered by the company
Establishing and maintaining relationships with current clients and identifying potential new clients within an assigned territory
Negotiating pricing terms with potential clients or customers in order to close deals
Identifying potential clients within an assigned territory who could use the product or service being offered by the company
Presenting products or services to potential clients in order to attract new business or increase sales of existing products or services
Conducting market research to identify potential clients within an assigned territory
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
3-5 years sales experience, with a proven track record of success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal and external customers.
Self-motivated and driven personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
