About this role
Unser Klient ist ein großer, etablierter IT-Dienstleister mit einem breiten Leistungsportfolio und mehreren spezialisierten Geschäftsbereichen. Für den operativen IT-Betrieb wird ein erfahrener Windows Administrator gesucht, der Freude an stabilen Systemen, strukturierter Arbeit und direktem Kundenkontakt hat.
Aufgaben
- Betrieb, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-basierten IT-Infrastrukturen
(Server, Netzwerke, Firewalls, Backup-Lösungen)
- Regelmäßige Wartung, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation von IT-Umgebungen
- Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Störungen, Warnmeldungen und Support-Anfragen (2nd Level)
- Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb nachhaltiger IT-Systemlösungen
- Monitoring der Systeme sowie Priorisierung und Behebung von Fehlern
- Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und externen Dienstleistern
- Durchführung von Installationen, Migrationen und Systemumzügen
- Zentrale Rolle als technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden
- Regelmäßige Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei Kunden in der Region
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Windows
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 und Office
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit weiteren Microsoft-Technologien
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit bei größeren Projekten sowie Organisationstalent
- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Kundeneinsätzen vor Ort
