
Interactive College of Technology, an accredited 2 year degree-granting institution located in Gainesville has an immediate opening for a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist is responsible for operating the reception area in a professional manner, answering all incoming calls, greeting all visitors, and maintaining the front desk area. In addition, the position has responsibilities working other functional area with in the school.
Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have an excellent telephone voice and manner, exhibiting the ability to relate well to people both in person and by phone.
Applicants must have at least one year experience working with Microsoft Office software at a professional level, one year of experience in customer service or front desk reception, and be willing to learn new technologies. The Front Desk Receptionist must be highly organized, professional and detail oriented.
Associate degree or some college preferred.
