TITLE: Packer C
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Pack quality product and assist operators in maintaining a safe work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Follow established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria.
- Closely monitor all film for conformance to specifications.
- Ensure that quality issues are resolved and communicated quickly and effectively, to minimize negative impact.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate mom-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Extrusion operator.
- Start Up
- Chill Roll Cleaning
- Performed Thread Up
- Screen Changes
- Adjust Core Alignment.
- Blade Adjustments.
- Popping Trim.
- Housekeeping.
- Wrap up removal pressure roll.
- Pack Finish Goods to Correct Procedure.
- Wrap up removal idle rollers.
- Packaging material over 5’
- Hand tools.
- Machine knowledge.
- Boxing, accounting, and weighing of scrap.
- Train packer C
- Assist packer A.
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
- Inside and outside environments apply.
- Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot).
- Subject to noise.
