TITLE: Converting Operator C

 

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Follow established quality guidelines to produce a product that meets criteria.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Lead or senior operator will train operator on procedure that applies to line.
  • Shadow operator “A”.
  • Quality training with QC personnel.
  • Packer experience preferred.
  • Operator experience.
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Extrusion operator.
  • Start Up
  • Chill Roll Cleaning
  • Performed Thread Up
  • Screen Changes
  • Adjust Core Alignment.
  • Blade Adjustments.
  • Popping Trim.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Wrap up removal pressure roll.
  • Pack Finish Goods to Correct Procedure.
  • Wrap up removal idle rollers.
  • Packaging material over 5’
  • Hand tools.
  • Machine knowledge.
  • Boxing, accounting, and weighing of scrap.
  • Train packer C
  • Assist packer A.
  • Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
  • Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

  • Inside and outside environments apply.
  • Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot).
  • Subject to noise.
